- DICOM to NiFTI tools:
- dcm2niix: A popular tool for converting DICOM images to NIfTI format, compatible with modern DICOM variations. See the Introduction section of the linked NITRC wiki page for additional context (e.g., if you are working with legacy image formats and need the basic dcm2nii function instead).
- MRIcroGL: A compiled version of the tool with a graphical interface, if you prefer working through a UI and/or need a viewer that can open DICOMs without a separate conversion step.
