The LONI Pipeline is a free workflow application primarily aimed at neuroimaging researchers. With the LONI Pipeline users can quickly create workflows that take advantage of all the greatest neuroimaging tools available.

Getting Started

There's two ways to go about using LONI Pipeline. One is downloading their program, the other is using their online interface.

End User Client

To use their program on your local computer, you need to download their End User Client.

http://pipeline.loni.ucla.edu/downloads/

Install it.

The Server Address for Hoffman is:

loni.hoffman2.idre.ucla.edu

Use your username and password from hoffman as your login identification.

Pipeline Web Start

If you don't want to download their program, you can use their web portal located at:

http://pipeline.loni.ucla.edu/services/pws/

It requires java, so make sure you have that installed.
