A collection of information about MR data from collection to processing/analysis.

Collection

How does one collect MR data?

Staglin

The Staglin IMHRO Center for Cognitive Neuroscience is one of our main data collection facilities.

EEG/FMRI

Concurrent data collection of EEG and FMRI is possible at the Staglin Center.

Directory Structure

Standards are important. And we've got standards about how our MR data should be kept.

Processing

How to process MR data.

Tutorials

Some helpful tutorials about how to process MR data.

Preprocessing

Certain preprocessing steps are done to all data. This is facilitated by an automated script.
