FileMaker Pro is a multi platform database management application. In the CB Lab, we are currently using FileMaker Pro to maintain records for our longitudinal Alzheimer's Disease study.

Using data in FileMaker for advanced statistics
Unfortunately, the FileMaker database does not support all of the mathematical and statistical features seen in spreadsheet applications such as Excel. However, one can use FileMaker to quickly create a custom data set from our database and export this information into Excel for analysis.
