Prowl Install Instructions

(IPHONES ONLY)

(1) You'll need to install the "Prowl" app from the App Store. It runs $3, but it's a worthy price for the notification system. The icon is a thin black cat with yellow eyes.

(2) Once that is installed, you'll need a Prowl account. Available for free here: https://www.prowlapp.com/register.php

(3) Navigate to the "API Keys" tab of the Prowl website and generate a new API key. Send this key value to andrew.y.cho@ucla.edu and it'll be added to the list.

(4) For the application preferences of Prowl, make sure that notifications are turned on. There are other settings like "Quiet Hours" that Prowl allows you to configure.
