Back to Software Tools

The newest version in Hoffman2 currently is 19.b

To use it, you need to load Matlab and set path for SPM

module load Matlab/9.7
module load conn/19.b

Start Matlab GUI.

In MatLab GUI, set path for

/u/project/CCN/apps/conn/conn19b
/u/project/CCN/apps/spm12

Then in MatLab terminal, type conn to start it.
