A collection of information about EEG data from collection to processing/analysis.
Collection
How do you even get EEG data?
Staglin
The Staglin IMHRO Center for Cognitive Neuroscience is our main EEG data collection facility. Go here to learn how data collection works at the Staglin Center.
EEG/FMRI
Concurrent data collection of EEG and FMRI is possible at the Staglin Center.
Transfer
For now you have to move data by sneaker-net from the acquisition computers to your computer. We may automate this process in the future.
Directory Structure
Standards are important. And we're hoping to have standards about how our EEG data is kept?
Processing
How to process EEG data.
Preprocessing
Certain preprocessing steps should be done to all data.
ICA
Independent Component Analysis
Source
Source localization.
