If you can no longer open FileMaker Pro, run the following commands from Terminal

   rm -Rf ~/Library/Preferences/FileMaker\ Preferences/
   rm ~/Library/Preferences/QuickTime\ Preferences

And then FileMaker Pro should open properly.

In the future, make sure to always save and quit out of FileMaker Pro before logging out of your lab account.
